We provide a variety of services regarding your Human Resources needs and making them our top priority. Our team is qualified in a range of areas to meet your legal obligations correctly. We listen, research and define the necessary actions and measures to be taken.
Our purpose is to incorporate a broad range of HR disciplines designed to provide HR expertise that supports the success of your organization. Our delivery of consulting services is based upon timely execution of agreed-upon deliverables and performance results.
As part of our services, we offer HR Consulting, which provides a complete assessment of its function to ensure its implementation. We provide recommendations for their adequate execution.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN
An Affirmative Action Plan should be customized to reflect an employer’s organizational structure, policies, practices, programs, and data.
Why do I need an Affirmative Action Plan?
An Affirmative Action Plan consists of statistical analyses of the employer’s “underutilization” of individuals from certain protected classes and includes the steps that will be taken to improve their representation in the employer’s workforce. Affirmative action laws require covered employers to implement very specific plans to identify and hire certain protected class members. These laws apply to employers that do a specific dollar amount of business with the federal government or receive federal government funds. Additionally, a court can order an employer to implement an AAP to correct past discrimination. On the other hand, pro-active and strategic employers (that might not be required by law) choose to do so voluntarily to expand business opportunities, ensure talent variety and richness and minimize liability risks.

COMPENSATION STUDIES & SURVEYS
Our Compensation Analytical professionals are trained to compile, analyze, and publish data in a confidential and robust manner, ensuring a true representation of pay levels in the market.
The purpose of compensation studies provides a means for comparison of salaries at the company with the market. Compensation data is collected from various employers and is analyzed to develop an understanding of the amount of compensation paid. Studies may focus on one or more job titles, geographic regions, employer size, and or industries.
Establishing market rates for core positions within an organization is important for a variety of reasons:
Guides decision making for pay decisions including hiring, promotions, internal equity salary adjustments, and general compensation budget planning.
Allows an organization to develop an approach for setting overall compensation philosophy, or the level at which the organization will set salary levels.
